What is the rate table for 2015?

The rates vary based on your combined (total) disability percentage and your:
1. Marital status
2. How many children you have under 18
3. How many children you have over 18 and in school
4. If you have dependent parents that you support

First, scroll down to the table that has your combined disability with your dependents. Then look for the row that matches your marital status with the number of dependent parents. The rate is the amount of money that you can receive per month.

But in order to receive that money, you need to provide specific information about your diagnosis (disability) to the VA you are claiming. Otherwise, the VA might not let you claim the diagnosis which will result in less money for you and your family. The total amount payable is $1,824.71.

b. Where the veteran has a spouse who is determined to require A/A, add the figure shown as "additional for A/A spouse" to the amount shown for the proper dependency code. For example, veteran has A/A spouse and 2 minor children and is 70% disabled. Add $104.00, additional for A/A spouse, to the rate for a 70% veteran with dependency code 12, $1,586.71.
